They have varied clinical presentations and mimic many clinical syndromes. We hereby report a case of a 39-year-old man who presents with symptoms suggestive of mania and was treated with antipsychotics with minimal improvement in symptoms. Subsequently, following a detailed evaluation, he was diagnosed to have temporal lobe epilepsy. The case presents the diagnostic dilemma involved in dealing with atypical presentations of epilepsy. %0 Journal Article %I Wolters Kluwer Medknow Publications %@ 2278-344X
